During the summer of 2007 we celebrated the completion of one of Mi Casa, Inc.’s first new-construction developments, the Rittenhouse Project. The project consisted of the construction of two 3-bedroom, 2 1/2-bathroom single-family homes to be sold at market and moderate income levels. Mi Casa, Inc. celebrated this achievement with two Open-House parties to share the homes with friends and supporters.

The completed Rittenhouse Project, two new single family homes in the Brightwood neighborhood.

At the Open House Party: Mayor Fenty celebrates with Mi Casa staff, as well as Leila Finucane-Edmonds, Director of DHCD, and Erik Johnson, Director of the Home Again Program.
