We are seeking to hire an accountant. The accountant must:
- Oversee account payables/receivables
- Enter data.
- Handle bank account reconciliations, prepaid/fixed asset schedules.
- Report to department heads and be responsible for tenant payments.
- Update tenant information.
- Establish new analysis techniques.
- Find patterns/trends in data
A Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
