Property Management is a key component of sustaining healthy limited equity co-ops. In this Co-op Academy training, we provide tools for co-op members to manage their property management company and ensure the long-term health of their property.

This training includes reasons why a co-op needs property management, responsibilities of the property management company, responsibilities of the co-op board, a checklist of items to review when supervising your management company, and practical examples of how to manage a situation in which the property management company is not meeting the co-op’s expectations.
