On October 18th we celebrated the completion of this year’s Co-op Academy Leaders Cohort in our first annual Co-op Community Dinner. The dinner was an opportunity participants from this year’s Co-op Academy Leaders Cohort, and members from our co-op community to connect and celebrate the hard work that they have done to sustain their co-ops.
Over the past 10 months, more than 50 co-op members from 19 co-ops across the DMV area have joined us for trainings and networking events where we discussed some of the issues that face co-ops today and built skills to better overcome those challenges.
