This training is designed to help your cooperative build a better relationship with your property management company. It focuses on identifying the tenets of a good working relationship and the qualities that co-ops should look for in their property management company. This training also provides an overview of the qualities that management companies value in co-ops and a review of the roles and responsibilities of each party. Finally, this training provides some best practices for creating a good management agreement.
Communications for Co-ops: Establishing Communication Channels
This is part one of a communication for co-ops training series. It focuses on why communication is fundamental for co-ops, how co-ops can establish communication channels, and best practices that co-op boards can implement to improve their communication with cooperative members.
