This 18-unit building is located right across from the new Anacostia Library and is occupied by long-term District residents (including many seniors), and newcomers. The building is in need of moderate to substantial rehabilitation; with one- and two-bedroom units with balconies or outdoor patios, and parking. Rents are very affordable (most below 30% AMI). Mi Casa is completing a full building renovation as part of this multi-building tax credit project and its agreement with the tenants.
