This five building complex is in the Ward 7 Deanwood neighborhood. Mi Casa helped the Coop purchase the buildings with a DHCD loan in 2007. With support from Mi Casa and the DC Department of the Environment, the co-op underwent a green weatherization. The coop then underwent a major renovation.
